are new tickets being dealt timely? because i need some other stuff sorted out as well .. and i’ve been under the impression that the support system is being fixed or something .. let me know .. thanks

This was a very specific and more complex issue which is why it took longer, plus it ended up being assigned to someone who was away unknowingly.

Anyway, I don’t see any tickets over 2 days old, meaning it’s assigned to a specific staff member. What’s the ticket ID? I’ll be happy to nudge whomever needed.

Oh, and yes, we actually do need sleep from time to time; we’re human and make mistakes too :)
