I never had refunds and I have a difference of 95 sales.

I also never had a refunded sale and the Earnings Page shows 3 sales less than my Profile Page.

I’ve had a dig around and this is correct. The profile page is incorrectly including refunded sales in the sales count. I’ve let the finance devs know so they can look into it.

I never had any refunded sales, so there’s probably another reason for the sales count difference.

Also, Clickthroughs count seems not ticking anymore. (at authors’ earnings page)

Hi, I have an issue called ‘sale reversal’ status on my earning statement which deduct $5.04 from my today’s earning. Is there any refund request from a buyer cos I have no prior notification if it really happens, or simply just a glitch?

That sounds like a separate issue to the sales count mismatch. I’ve asked the support team to look into this and they will get back to you.
