Like all good designs, you have to comment a lot and be very helpful within your comments, plus you have to be careful with language. Once you’ve got some invitation you start inviting people and this is one of the biggest factors to get there. If you know development process you give people free snippets, ideas, etc.. than they will mark your posts as helpful and you will gain “helpful post points” which are another factor to get on the there.
