I was just wondering if authors are allowed to ask for a certain price for their items. I know the reviewers set the price on items to their discretion, but what if I want to make a sort of bundle which comes with multiple items that I’ve made in the past? I’ve recently seen that someone did this and it costs $35, the author made a comment saying that they didn’t know it would cost that much. So would I be able to ask to have a big bundle like that cost more or less? Or is that purely to the reviewers discretion?

Also, I thought I’d mention that I have a series of items that I’m doing and the first and second one cost $5 while the third one costs only $4. There isn’t a difference in the amount of items you get in that third pack than from the first and second, so I’m a little confused as to why they are priced differently.

You are always allowed to contact the support about the price being too low. You just have to make your points and prove why your item is underpriced or priced badly. I did that two times already with price being raised at the end. Now few days ago I did it again, waiting for answer.

You cannot ask for certain price when you upload the item but you can send your need for support, and have an argument for pricing it differently.

It’s bussines. That is normal. We create product envato sells it, if we think we don’t get the correct price then we talk about that with seller (envato) . simple ;)

If you see a very low price, and you have your arguments, you can contact the reviewer I think!

+1. I’ve done this on both of my items. I supplied very valid points as to why the price should be higher, whether it be I added new features or it was selling somewhere else for a lot more than mine was priced at. One of my items price was doubled. Reviewers are understanding as long as you provide info to help with the decision.

If you are not happy with the price and you have valid points, contact support and they will change the price for you. I did it twice and they changed the price every time, tho it took like 5 days :D
