hi all i was wondering if you could help me out , i am trying to convert a html temp on theme forrest over to a magento template , everything is going so so , bar one issue. I cant get the footer to position over the container

my footer image is called body_clouds and my footer is call FOOTER

All i need is for the dark footer to position over the text using z-index i guess

Yea i know its very messy right now, but that’s magento for you its a total nightmare , to work with
