Atlas Theme - gallery / portfollio / media library

I am searching for assistance to understand how to get the portfollio, gallery and media library working as advertised. Direction to support, tutorials, videos etc….. I can not get it: Atlas theme to function. Thanks,

ya… I have contacted him, he responded; that he was offeneded with my questioning of his theme and my questioning that the support site for the Atlas theme is not functioning. [I was unaware of his sensitivity issue.] He has not responded again to my support inquiries, so I have resported to trying here.

I’m very sorry for you, but I guess you need to sort that out with him since nobody else could support you on the issues you mentioned. Alternative you can try to find a freelancer who spots the issues and fixes them.

The author is very experienced and generally offers a great support service. It seems v unlike them to respond like that. They have had some support site issues recently but that appears to now be fixed.
I would be supposed if u submit a new ticket to their system if they do not help you.<if not you can email us a link at paddy.taylor@gmx.com and we will try help you.
