Aaah, nice to meet you Alex, good to know your real name!
Hm, I used to have my name on profile page. Somehow I managed to forget to include this info after re-doing my profile
Hey. I want to help you. But do not speak English well

Hello all ! Is 10 days the maximum ? i think i’m now even at 11 but it stills says 10… Courage !!!!
I guess not, mine’s now at 11 days. Progress bar is about complete though, we’ll see if I hit a full dozen!
How I wish my new track would have made it up before February. Oh well. Keep at it guys!
11,12,... Even 13.. They let us time to make more music…
Stop hitting F5

12 day it so long (((
12 days ist much to long!!!
I try to explain my point of view in english, and might repeat in some points:
I mean, everything is done. Watermark, zipping, description, extra preview-item….
and the problem is, that it takes much to long to check the items and for us to decrease the excitement of offering and selling.
It´s an optimistic and enviable attitude to think that we have more time to make music because of it. On the other hand it would mean that we would have even more time to make music, if the queue time grows up to a half year.
Before I signed in here, I read a lot of therms and rules, tried to understand and took a lot of time for translation. The business english is a bit different to the german school-english. Who thought this?
Anywhere was written, that the queue time for the Items release could be up to 7 days. I thought that´s long and it belongs to the “maximum” time, in case of some problems. A bit like the “best-before” day when you buy food.
(not the best comparison, I know)
I understand, when there comes a bottleneck after the number of the authors grows up. But that makes Audiojungle more attractive for the customers. That´s good business. And I´m sure it won’t be difficult to get personal for attractive jobs.
So, how long will it take to get this problem out of the way? I heared the last acceptable queue time was in september last year!?
Hope it´ll go faster soon. Thank you in advance!
Have patience, I have worked with other libraries where between a 20 and 30 day review time was not uncommon. AJ gets a ton of submissions and it takes time to go through them all.
