Our XML demo size is 948kb and it takes almost 10 min for Importing process. Is there any Quicker solution you guys know?

10 minutes for what? importing dummy content + attachment (images)?

948kb is small, if it imports content only, it will be fast…

but if you include attachments (images) in your XML file and user import these attachments (images) in the process, then it needs more time to downloads the images from the original URL and upload it to the website.

if including attachments (images) in your XML file is a must, then optimizing the attachment files is the best option. You can make it smaller in sizes OR put the files on faster server.

Included all one time XML and splitted XML is too. That’s good maybe :)

Sometimes i got way larger files that import in a minute or something.

Maybe the importing images from the server where it gets it from is delaying everything?

I just noticed our Images are too big and lot’s of that’s maybe our fault.
