Great one :) Thanks for it, really helpfull.

One bug: Last day on first page is separated and not properly counting (1 item on first page rest on the second one). On the second page it didnt count sales from the first page of that day.

If you withdraw using SWIFT , it says “Withdrawn cash (less $35.00 SWIFT transaction fee)”. You might add another if statement :)

Alternatively if you have Greasemonkey installed, just save the js file you see, keep the file name the same, and then open with Firefox. It should install then, without a problem.
