Authors, what do you do as part of support

Was just wondering are you only handling bugs and help with theme usage or you also do some modifications people need and do you charge for them?

We will need to hire some help with support in the future, look at this stats for 4 themes:

11,079 posts in 1,520 topics with 932 users

We help with bugs and small changes for free in a sensible limit.

As much as I can, within reason.

Help with WP installs, theme issues, minor custom modifications for free and general help and advise.

Absolutely nothing. I got tired of it so hired someone to handle support instead. Whom I may add is doing a fantastic job.

So far, I am doing everything I can; even deep-end customization. Everything within a manageable time-schedule, and anything beyond, for a certain fee.

Jeez! I’ve told about 6 people now, not even Jebus could handle that many authors.

George’s Support staff consists of an imaginary monkey(who writes all of his amazing documentation) 2 clowns that man the forums, and a troll who rides a unicorn just to make him smile.
