I highly support this thread and I think one more feature could be adding staff reply that lets privileged users to reply to comments(such as support staff). This can help some authors to focus more on updates and bug fixings rather than giving support for hours. Cheers :)

Excellent idea! These features would simplify our lives immensely, and gives our more time to work on new items! It’s really a win-win situation, for both authors and Envato.
