AutoTrader removed?

Hi.

I signed up and purchased the AutoTrader script, tested it with my website and it worked fine. So I deleted the original file I downloaded on my computer.

However, now I need to upload it again but the script is removed! How can I get it back?

i have the same problem. I put a ticket, i paid for something that i can’t have… i want my money back…

TF is a marketplace and does not own any legal rights to the files available.

Unfortunately the author retains the right to remove their files at anytime with no warning. There could be many reasons but we must respect the authors decision and privacy.

No, to be serious – you should have downloaded a copy of the script on your computer as it is clearly stated from envato.

You should download your purchases immediately as items may be removed from time to time.

Sometimes there is something wrong with the file, it doesn’t work anymore or it simply doesn’t pay off for the author to have it still online. Sometimes is a personal issue with the author sometimes its business related.

I’m sorry for you. Don’t you have a backup? Or use the script you have already uploaded on your server?

I always need to laugh when people are saying “i want my money back” – especially if there is no reason.

Lol I have 2 servers, I tried the script in my testing server and it worked, so I deleted and now I need it for my second one, which is my main website.

Any chance it’ll be back up soon?

There’s no way to have the item back up, the only chance you have is to contact the author directly, if you remember his username.

erm…excuse me, we’re not officials from envato, we don’t have access to the files and if the author has requested to delete it then it is probably as much available as on your own server = not available. Sorry. Nobody knows if it will be back or not – maybe it’s been hard rejected because of a bug and needs to be updated. Who knows. But you can ask the author of the file
