I’ve begun a development site here, using the Avada theme: http://dev.fourpeakswealth.com/

I have slides on the homepage using the Revolution Slider, but they are not working in my IE9.

I checked the forum. Seems to point to making sure I have the latest version of the slider. I checked that, and I do:

Installed Version: 4.5.95 Latest Available Version: 4.5.95

Please advise. Thanks, tmsrDD

Hi,

Please note that the support forum for Avada can be found here :

http://theme-fusion.com/support/

You will need to create an account on their support forum and search/open a thread about your problem.

They should be able to help you with your problem.

Best regards, Stefan

I have an Envato login, which I believe takes me to Themeforest forum – which I had used. I do not have a Theme Fusion login, which your page took me to their support.

All of this is very confusing as it is. Help appreciated. tmsrDD

Better ask these questions on the author’s comments tab for any help.

Hi,

Go here: http://theme-fusion.com/support/

Scroll down to the ‘Need an account…’ section. The ‘what is this’ link explains how to get the purchase code which you need to create an account.
