There’s some seriously high referral rates here. I must admit I’ve never really been bothered with this area but it’s passive income all the same
The reason I’m posting is because I just earnt a referral and while I sit in the camp that doesn’t get many clickthroughts/deposits compared to alot of folks it’s still proof that if you’re content is good enough or the subject matter is relevant then people will buy.
I’m seriously going to ramp up my ThemeForest-type blog posts from now on!
I have no idea where I put my referral links (but I’m sure it’s no more than 2-3 places such as my Twitter bio) but I get about 1.5K clickthroughs every month (and consistently growing) and I get about 2-3 deposits every month. So don’t get your hopes up early bud. Keep working at it.

What weirds me out way more, is all the people that register, but never buy anything!![]()
Or they could be buying directly rather than making a deposit, leaving you with nothing.

You get a commission for direct deposits as well, actually

The “deposits” bit is extremely misleading then.
I know this is an old thread but is it at all possible that somehow Themeforest is counting our own affiliate activity on Themeforest as “clickthroughs”? I only say that because I just started and instantly I had about 200+ clickthoughs.
I’m pretty careful about not clicking on my own affiliate link and just using the product’s link. But I’m wondering if maybe when I am logged in, that anywhere I go on the site counts as a clickthrough.
I know it doesn’t make sense. But I wasn’t getting ANY traffic on my brand new site and I wasn’t sending out the links on Twitter or FB or anything so it’s the only thing I could think of.
