Hi, I have a simple question – what do you theme authors use for themes with retina support and how do you make the backgound image patterns retina ready? Do you use Retina.js and make the theme supports hi-res displays only when solid color is chosen for a background instead of a pattern or is there something that I’m missing?

Thanks for the link, I’ve also read a similar article and wanted to know – how you create a repeatable pattern in CSS that is doubled in resolution but fit to take normal space?

There’s a css3 property called background size. But I’m not too sure if this works for repeatable pattern. Never tried that before, btw.
