Backlink Builder Tool or Service

Is there a Backlink Builder Tool or Service that anyone would suggest? I know there are a ton out there but I’m looking for one that might have some credibility.

Waste of time and against Google terms. You shouldn’t be buying backlinks. Try and find some cool unique ways to get them. If people like your content they will link back to you.

Maybe you shouldn’t too worried about backlinks if you hope for higher rank on SERPs with your targeted keywords. Since today (with Google algorithm changing that give more value for content than backlinks), the role of backlink not as great as before. you may read some interesting article here or here or here
