Ok, here is the story: Last month I got 200+ more new users to Envato marketplace, and 109 of them became customers, so I earned 1.4K . Here is the proof:

But then, right in the end of month when I was sure everything is fine and I’ll get my money soon, but all I got is BAN. Yes, my account was banned. After few emails my account was reenabled, but what I see next is that all my money were taken away. One more proof:

All I got from them asking to get my money back is this email:

So, with no evidence they took all my money. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: Any suggestions how to get my money back?

I’m assuming it has something to do with the “because it was earned using tactics that we prohibit” part of the e-mail.

Which begs the question, what tactics did you use?

Yes… It seems that you broke the rules, so that’s normal if you can’t withdraw the money you “earned”. But I’m also curious of what you did to have so many referrals with a bad tactic like that.

Hi,

They are saying, you have used some Tatics that they prohibit. You should prove you have not used any tatics.

And, May I know by which method you are reffering customers ?

This would be the same in anything in life where income is obtained outside of the rules, legislation etc and that person is caught out.

P.s. I strongly suggest you do not share how you were doing it here. TF have said it’s not allowed so sharing the process is only going to incite more people trying it.

I cannot really think of a bad way to referr paying customers to envato…

I’m curious, too.

Question is, does envato keep these referred people as buying customers making them earn money, or are their accounts banned, too.

Too many questions here what you have done…

No. It would stop people doing that method, because its no more acceptable by envato :-)
