Okay so starting from the beginning,
My friends and I (we are three in a group), We always hang out and do crazy stuff together.

So about a year ago, one of my friends suffered a heart condition (low blood pressure, but high palpitations) It was weird at his age (18), He started going to the doctor who would tell him things to do (exercises).
A few months after, I suffered something similar, but not as serious, So I was on the safe side which is why I was never required any medication or similar.
2 months ago, the second friend suffered the same palpitations and blood pressure thing, and he was requested to give about 14 blood tests, after which I was requested to take about 7 blood tests. The doctors were not able to find anything, but requested me to do some cardio exercises. Now I searched online to find the best ones, but I could only find stuff related to weight lost.

Can someone suggest me some good exercises related to this case?

this is a bad advice

mind works better if the body is in good shape.

so my advice is to find a good fitness instructor. this may prove difficult but good fitness center should have one available

second eat and drink quality food, cut on processed food cut bad drinks. eat a lot of fresh food. but don’t be surprised, it will cost you more x month

I would suggest:

1.) High intensity cardio on bike ( preferably in gym ), or sprints. That means induce maximum effort for 10 – 15 seconds, then rest for 2 minutes. Repeat 4 – 5 times and you’ll be totally exhausted. Give you same results as 40 minutes of cardio, but it takes only 10 minutes and it’s more fun.

2.) Start lifting weights in super-series. That mean immediately after finishing your (for example) pull-ups, start with benchpress and cycle them. This is great cardio and also you’ll gain muscles :)

Oh I have stopped all kinds of drinks, except, fresh juice, coffee, and water.
But sure, Ill find a fitness instructor.

I have not tried number 1 yet, I usually would go for an early morning run.

Can’t get better advice than what FRESHFACE said IMO.
Also, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is what he suggested but try the variety, not only a bike.
