For a project I have been working on lately, I found USA ePay to be the best choice. They accept basically all forms of digital payment (including echeck which was important for me) and they take only a small percentage of the payment. Their api has been really nice too.
I also considered amazon’s fps and Stripe.com, but amazon was pricier and Stripe didn’t have all the features I needed.
