PC manufacturers should take note and stop including bloatware. Sure, it lowers the price, but it only annoys and causes crashes.

lol sure.. My 14” Alienware has never crashed (over a year running), but to include such a machine in the results would be unfair since it’s one of the few brands that doesn’t preload any bloatware :P

Reality = Bootcamp makes Windows run slower.. and Apple will sue anyone who tries to Virtualize OSX as they do with Windows (thats why VMWare no longer supports OSX emulation) ;)

Propaganda.

Boot Camp isn’t virtualization.

I’m going to buy a laptop, to work also when I’m not at home. You suggest me a Mac so? I’ve always workd with pc because I’m nerdy and know a lot of tricks to keep it clean and fast, but I fell like mac is a more reliable machine when it comes to portable. what do you think?

I guess it depends on what you consider “performance” is. I’ve had my fair share of issues with Mac equipment in the past. Couldn’t tell you how many logicboards I had to send back to Apple but now I’m in the middle of my Gigabyte board taking a dump on me. All I want is a computer that is operational for more than 1 year and can take a beating.
Panasonic Toughbook.. I’ve always wanted one. At the end of the day, the best computer is the one that makes you happiest.. we all have different tastes :)

IMO you can’t beat a nice home made system.. build it to match your dreams and then overclock the hell out of it.. only problem is, they sure are ugly :P

The experience with Mac is great that’s why I think you might want to give it a try ;). Also a chance to start moving from PC to Mac; getting acquainted to this system soon makes it easier for you in case you work in a new environment where everyone is equipped with a Mac. Just my two cents :)
