Everyone has a “Best Sellers” section on the bottom-right of their profile page, which everyone else can see, too. If you have more than 3 files for sale, it still lists only 3 items, but there is a horizonal and vertical scrollbar in IE7 (not FireFox). The 3 items easily fit within that area and the scrollbars serve absolutely no purpose.

I played sports when I was growing up. I used to think you could never have too much padding. Boy was I wrong.

I think you have a blind hatred for scrollbars. Did you ever think about building the scrollbars egos before you made this post? I’m not so sure that you did.

I love scrollbars when they’re not sitting over the top of the content :P Not sure what you meant by me building the scrollbars. But if FlashDen ever wants to hire me for some scrollbar coding, I’d be all over it.

“egobuilders” :-P.

I’m just messing with you about your name. The scrollbar thing is pretty odd.

I would normally get my feelings hurt, but I’ve got a lot of padding ;)

This isnt going anywhere :P

Could you like, provide us a small screenshot of the scrollbar? Maybe its a small bug that just a few people have, but it would come in handy for the devs here when they want to take a look at it.

I know what EB is talking about.

Take a look to get a better idea of the way this section looks in IE8 as opposed to FF3 .5

Hehe – that’s not the only reason I’ve moved back to Flash from CSS /XHTML but it’s definitely one thing I don’t miss. Remember how we all hoped IE7 would finally work as well with standards compliance as firefox? and now ie8 is keeping that (ahem) independent flame burning
