KesselsKramer is best creative agency in the world(netherlands). They got many advertising awards(cannes lion, new york festivals, Epica and others) and still using retro way at own website. It can work but should be considered good art direction.

This is an electricians website from Turkey. This is very creative, I love homepage animation

OMG !! That http://www.ingenfeld.de/ will bring me nightmares … I think that if you submit site like this for review, the reviewer would get a heart attack.
