What do you guys use / recommend when it comes to quickly and easily creating proposal for web or graphic design clients?

I was in the same position about 6 months ago and I found quote roller. What I like most is their support but also their ability to add new features. I tried Bidsketch, but was not impressed by their lack of “wanting to upgrade”. I tried quoterobot as well and its was ok. There’s a bunch out there and most have a free trial, but best one ive seen so far was quote roller. We started out with 1 account and now are up to 10 users, so it’s good for small and large shops. The only thing that’s missing is a custom domain of which i need. I hear its in the pipeline so we’ll see!

I would also add that you should look at or compared proposal software with over 18 years in this area http://www.globalkap.com depending on the needs of your business and the volume you are having to manage as out puts.

Is it possible to create a Wordpress Theme that builds quotes? I think it would be really useful installed on a subdomain of our company website so that our sales team can have easy access to it to build their own proposals?
