I think I asked the wrong question. I’m not actually after a framework as such but rather just a drag and drop page builder. I assumed this was included in frameworks but from looking around there are a few decent plugins I have found that could be quite user friendly.

In my opinion and based on my own knowledge i recommend to use Genesis Framework, Gantry and Twitter Bootstrap and Bootstrap is my favorite.

Guys, I want to use Option Tree for my latest WP project with some modifications. Will it be okay with review process? I mean, i know there might be many other reasons for rejection but i want to avoid framework related facts. I heard that Option Tree was introduced by envato.

Actually it is supported by ThemeForest. Yes you can use it and no problem in review process.
