(Locked) beware of scammers

I just got email saying This is an e-mail sent with the help of staff to all ThemeForest authors was about to contact support but thanks to thread.

Really sad, if this happends then we can help people who really in need help, would be very hard to decide is it real or fraud

I just got the email too and apparently he has already raised 1475$. This guy needs to be stopped.

I asked him to provide medical docs, bills etc. No reply

I trashed his email right after the phrase “lung cancer”, even did not read about what he asked further. Actually it was so clear… People play dangerous games, well… their choice…

I really hope there is a special place in hell for people running cancer donation scams and therefore making it harder for people who actually need donations to raise money.

I feel sad, because of the whole thing (if finally we can demostrate this is a fraud) and because i gave him (along with other authors) the idea of using a crowdfunding site for his cause, on his original thread, now deleted.

I talked with him and he said he`s going to ask for a legal copy from hospital that confirm their disease. I really hope he`s not a scammer – but he have to prove it.

I hope that Envato will take any action against him.
