Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a bicycle club template. There are many bicycle club websites out there, but few that have that wow factor. It would be great to see somebody design one on themeforest. Maybe the home page could have up and coming events, list of winning riders, hot news, charity bicycle rides ans a slide show. I’m sure it would sell really well.

Sounds VERY niche to me, not sure authors would take the time to create one especially for such a limited audience.

I can see where you’re coming from but I doubt you’d get many takers for a niche theme like that.

The thing is, using a photo on a web template you intend to sell costs money: Let’s say for example you chose a template from TF and I (or anyone else) edited it for you to make it into the site you want; the photos I’d use would probably be stock photos which cost just under £1 each. No problem.

If I made a saleable template with the same bikes in I’d need a ‘better’ license, the same photos would cost 50 times more (example from 123-RF.com ‘Extended License’).

So you see using a photo for one project for a client compared to using one photo for a saleable theme is a world apart and with such an investment needed it’s unlikely someone would do it for a niche. There are free photos available but they’re either rubbish or overused.
