I like to give credit when it’s due and KatLounge deserves it. I had a logo that was rejected due to a few elements not needed to be tweaked. I contacted support and KatLounge not only gave me feedback on what needs to be tweaked, but the reviewer also took the time to do a sketch over my submission to visually show me what they were talking about.
This was more than I was expecting and I really appreciate KatLounge taking the time to do this. Now I have a solid understanding of what needs to be fixed.
Many times we complain that we don’t get enough information and the times that we get more than what we expected nobody ever hears about it. I think that we should give these guys & gals credit for working so hard to meet our expectations.
