A2 Hosting

If you’re on A2, make sure you’ve filled in the form.

After you buy the hosting offer, A2 will verify that you’re a “real” person, before emailing us your details.

In Motion

InMotion will ring you to confirm that you are a “real person” too, before emailing us your details.

Blah blah blah. I’ve done all that!

Hang tight, we are still waiting for final email confirmations. The USA has been enjoying their Labor Day weekend too, so they’re a little slow to verify at the moment.

We then apply the credits within 2 weeks. Please note that it’s “within” 2 weeks, so they may be applied sooner than that. :)

An email (from me) will be sent out next week letting you know about the credit.

If you don’t receive your credits after 2 weeks, drop us a support ticket! :)

- I also sent an ticket to Inmotionhosting and they replied the following:

If you have any questions regarding when you will receive this, they will be able to answer them. Again I apologize for any frustrations this has caused. If there is anything we can do for you regarding your hosting account, please let us know for we will be happy to help. Thank you again as we value you as a customer.

Have you received a phone call from InMotion yet?

Once you’ve been verified by InMotion, they send us an email with your details.

We will add a $75 credit to your Envato Account within two weeks of your purchase – meaning 10th September at latest.

We’ll drop an email on the 10th! :)
