Just did it too 2 weeks ago.
I say go with kneeling too, it’s a must in this situation
Also take her to a breathtaking place, I did it on an island, on a small empty beach. I have told her to get my camera from a bag to make some photos and in the bag was a small box with the ring. She found it and after just some simple words about “spending the rest of our lives together…”
