How you’re exporting the preview?
maybe you need to fix the resolution: 960px by 540px, OR 640px by 360px.

Are the pixels square? 1:1 ratio ?
Does the final composition produces the black border too? Or just the preview for VideoHive?

@GhosTeam Hi i fixed the black border! it was the program i was using to convert it! But here is the new problem Reason: Thanks for resubmitting your item. To approve the file, we’ll need you to make the following revision(s): 1. The quality of the preview video (.flv) is too low. Try encoding the video at a minimum of 3000kbps to achieve a better preview video image quality. Clips with a lot of detail, such as swaying grass or leaves, running water, rippling seas and fire or smoke, require a higher bit rate to handle the large amount of detail. Please be sure to review the preview video’s image quality before resubmitting to the queue.

No problem! Next time ,Use After-Effects to encode your files , why use an external program when you have the Mother of all encoders :)
