I have waited for an answer to fix the following problem for more than a week. Posted on the Blanco template discussion page without any direct answer given back in the end. Emailed the 8theme management and receive no reply even after 4 days though they promised to reply within 2 days. I know there might be a lot of people asking questions, but this is indeed a service issue on 8theme side. They sold 668 themes at the moment, and many people are frustrated with their reply speed. The waiting time is too long for me. I wish to complete my website in the soonest possible time. Judging from their speed and the lack of concern and care for their customers, I foresee that I might get my answer only a month later or maybe even longer.
This is my last resort. So, if anyone know what is wrong, and why this is happening, please do help me and give me a reply here or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.I am currently using woocommerce plugin 18.104.22.168. There is something wrong with the image below. http://imgur.com/rTDvM
