Anyone else purchase Blanco?Won’t work as stated and 8themes offers no support. They don’t reply to emails. Do you think they just sit there laughing at the fact someone else bought it? Is there a design team that really does offer support? I would love a good source of themes.

What exactly is the problem? Your message is very vague. Authors aren’t required to provide support, but it is encouraged.

How is it not working as stated? Can you please give us more information, as others have said authors aren’t required to offer support but I’m sure we’d be glad to help you if you can give us more information on what you’re having issues with.

Hello, Yes, I understand that they aren’t required to support. I purposefully chose a theme that did state support was available. As for my specific issue, in the theme details, it states that photograph size can be changed, which I counted on the ability to do that. There is a place in admin to change photo size but it doesnt work. I needed to change the size of the photo on the single product page. It wont and support does not respond. Other than that I love the theme. I have had other look at it and they cant change the photo size either. Any suggestions?
