Hi (especially you, the designers around here)

can someone recommend a good, recent, book about web design? I can google it, of course, but I’m sure a good web designer can recommend the best book.

Thanks, Diana

If you looking for a book about fundamental design principles I can recommend one really great book. It’s not new, but it is very easy to understand, very effective and it’s 100% actual today: The Non-Designers Design Book. This is book that really helped me to understand a lot about webdesign. Not like other books with word “webdesign” in their title, but in fact they are about development – CSS , HTML and other.

These books seem awesome. I had the chance to take a little sneak peak at Designing for the Digital Age, and the book seemed good, but a little to pricy for me.
