So, I’m coding a html template and it is working great on all browsers (it is validated and cross-browser). I’m using CSS3 for all the rounded corners on the template, but on IE8 there is no viable way of adding them. Only using images which I don’t want to.

Is it a problem submiting the template to themeforest with this small issue? No rounded corners on IE8 ? Is it going to be rejected? :)

Or do I need to find a way of adding them?

P.S. Tried a lot of javascript stuff, such as PIE , curvycorners, but none worked properly.

Thanks, Eduardo Santos

Hi Edu, looked through your dribbble shots. Looking forward to your themes :)

Back on topic, you wont be rejected for not having rounded corners. As long as it doesn’t break your site layout which is highly unlikely.

If you design is solid it was be approved :)

@ThemeProvince, Thanks for the fast reply, nice that you liked my works. :) Yes, the layout is fine, the only issue is not having rounded corners, it doesn’t affect usability, is is just a matter of aesthetics.

Yes rounded corners are not an issue for a rejected theme as @themeprovince said.My theme too had issues like rounded corners in IE but was accepted. If then too you feel like adding rounded corners to your theme for IE you can refer this article. http://snook.ca/archives/html_and_css/rounded_corners_experiment_ie

So, if the rounded corners aren’t a problem, I won’t lose more time trying to make them on IE.

I hope it can be online as soon as possible for sale. :P I still need to write the documentation. :O

Yea forget the rounded corners, just mention in the description that your theme degrades gracefully in IE. Good luck :)

@themeton, already tried PIE (read first post). It doesn’t work as I wanted. :P Thanks anyway.

Btw, just one last question, in the documentation I don’t need to explain how to edit or replace “content” right?
