Look, i didint find the form to say what I have to say.
Im from themeforest customer and I brought 2 themes with support but they dont answer our questions.

We are losing money without them support.
What do I need to do to get some support from them?
We are tired to open tickets in their foruns that couldnt be answered.

It is provided by authors on their given terms. I would recommend that you go ahead and open item documentation (this is required for authors to provide or get rejected for public purchase) and then check their support terms on the item support tab on how to get support.
