Business Card Bleeds

Hey, I am making rounded corner business card with these dimension, 3.5×2in. the reviewers meddage is as follows.

An 3.5×2 inch file should have 0.25 inch bleeds, and actually measure 3.75×2.25 inches. Your background and non-critical design elements should extend into this area. A file with rounded corners must have cutting guides, rather than actually trimming the edge of the file. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Could someone please show me an illustration of these cutting guides?.

You need to make the Die Cut guide for the printer company to know where to cut the rounded corners. Color the guide with a Pantone color (any Pantone color) This guide should be on its own layer, name the layer “Die Cut Guide”. In your help me file, give a note about the guide and mention the Pantone Color. You can see a free sample of how it should be done here: Rounded Corner Business Card Sample
