Buttons Soft Rejected

Hi, everybody. My buttons got soft rejected. I got this:”You need to think of working much more on the details of the fields here and raise the quality of the graphics much higher.” Does anybody have any suggestions how I should improve my buttons? THX!

I would drop the gradients on the text and tone down the emboss.

Also – avoid using outer glows.
