Just the nature of the beast I guess. Had a buyer buy something today only to discover that some special feature he needed wasn’t included. Did I advertise this feature in any way? No. Did he post a comment saying “DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM ”. Yes

like it’s normal thing to translate all themes to dutch

Having problems with this kind of buyers every day also.
We should create a list of things like that to point it out to buyers, like the definition of an HTML template…....to mention also that buying a 15 $ template does not include all the modifications coming from our suport side until they finish their website….meaning 15$ is just that framework that needed a webdesigner help in order to archieve a final website with content and all that special customizations they want….
And the most important one from the wordpress themes side this time, not to install all the archive they download in wordpress….just the theme folder. I had people asking for refunds and telling me it’s the worst theme ever because they got that style sheet missing error from installing all the archive in wordpress.
I think the solution is a dedicated page with all this included.

Somehow I doubt that buyers who are too lazy to read the details of an item which they are about to buy, will be bothered to check the forums and read this thread about the error of their ways!
There is no way for us authors to reach that kind of buyer. Maybe Envato could, but I think because of the numbers of buyers passing through these marketplaces, its just a case of every mistake that can be made, will be made.
