Hello everyone !
I have just read this message “What a great file…Easy to make changes, and a really good result. And the price??? amazing..Thank you so much for this my client loves it. so do I !”
Someone who bought my project wrote it in the comments, it looks like he is “re-selling” my project to someone else.
Can he do it ?!
Thanks in advance, Daniel.

He was probably doing commercial for somebody and he bought your file and sold him the video.

for doing a commerical, does a buyer should buy the extended licence?

I was thinking more some kind of website commercial….
yes of course designers buy aeps here specifically to use in creating client commercials; the only thing they can’t do, is also give them the source aep … and limit one client project per purchase w/o extended, is my understanding.
ok, thanks.

Actually just need to make one correction on what Graphic said… while the single use license is fine as long as the file is only used in one project. The buyer would actually be required to provide the source to the client if they asked for it.
You see we allow the use of our files within client projects, but we don’t allow buyers to claim they created the original project. When you buy a project here for use in a client project, you buy the project on behalf of the client. It’s the client that actually owns the single license and is entitled to have the source. Also you’re not selling the file as your work. You’re selling the service of customizing the project to suit the needs of the client..
Ok, now i understand. But isn’t it the best for his client to ask the creator of the file to customize it ?
its up the client
its up the client
