It can be reproduced, but nobody is going to copy it. Ripping themes is a bad practice, however if you communicate your wishes to a designer, he or she will be able to create something in similar fashion.

it can be reproduced, but what is the budget you have for? Also specify some more details like some features you prefere etc…this will help designers to get an better idea of what you are after. Design style and colors is easy to be reproduced in a similar way, but not exactly 1 to 1.
