Hi, I’m new here, so maybe I’ll post some silly questions here… I’m a brazilian web designer and I have some Wordpress templates ready, some that I didn’t use in final jobs to clientes, and I’m thinking about selling them here. The thing is: I’ve used the default template of Wordpress to build them, the one people call Kubrick, from http://binarybonsai.com/.

Can I call my templates mine, even they are based on this other tamplate, or should I start from scratch?

Thanks

Cuca

Well you’ve probably changed the code entirely and only used the wordpress functions and file structure so it has nothing to do with the default theme anymore. I don’t know what the license of kubrick is but it shouldn’t be a problem.

Thanks, Tonyc. That was what I was thinking.

If your looking on a good starting point for your projects in the future, you should check out the “WP Core Theme” : http://www.chromand.com/archives/blank-wordpress-theme-wp-core-10
