Sorry guys, I’m new to Videohive. Is there any way to findout who has purchased an item of ours? Something like the statement button in the “my account” page?

Hello and welcome to Videohive. It’s not possible to see who bought your files unless that person contact you through videohive profile. In this case you will receive an email containing a special link that is valid for 7 days, then when you click the link to get a list of your files that the client purchased.

Or if that person writes a comment for the file. The label “Purchased” in brown will appear on the top right corner of their comment.
