Quick question, I couldn’t find anything about it on the FAQ , but say for instance if I produce a pop song with a vocalist and sell it on my own (to consumers for listening on itunes) and still upload the instrumental license for sale as an exclusive item?

You might not be able to sell it exclusively but you can sell it with a non-exclusive account unless it’s a pro registered track. Generally it’s thought that adding or removing vocals doesn’t make it a different track so you can’t sell it elsewhere (with or without vocals) if you are exclusive.

Well, I’m still exclusively selling licenses here, just selling the actual product for listening on itunes and what not. I may have to ask the staff.
