Can I use purchased html elements like HTML Menu, Icons, buttons in my themeforest template…I searched the forums, but unable to find the relevant information…

Found this on http://graphicriver.net/licenses/regular_extended g. You must not incorporate the Work in a work which is created for Resale by you or your client.

Anyone clarify me please…

I don’t know if I’m getting it right, but I think you can’t. You can use your purchased elements in the work you are selling, but only to specific client. I think you can’t use it in something you are going to sell to many different people.

But, maybe I’m wrong.

In my opinion you may expose a third-part elements on your preview image and snapshot package ONLY AS A SUGGESTIVE MATERIAL and build a link to the original author’s work so you can transfer the call and leave no mark behind of what’s common as work harassment or revenue abusement. In other words said, you may refer those third-part elements to your buyer and give a clear shot of how the combo looks but YOU CAN NOT INCLUDE THEM IN YOUR MAIN PACKAGE AND DISTRIBUTE SOMEONE ELSE ’S PREMIUM WORK FOR FREE .

Though for the buyer’s sake you may pop this in your item’s description info and let the buyer be conscious of what exactly your package offers before he gets down to the purchase section.
