I like to use these icons in for my next item.

Can I use them?

...is available free of charge for personal and commercial projects, with attribution required. Redistribution isn’t allowed…

I don’t sell them directly but some of them going to be a part of my item.

I think you cannot redistribute them as an icon set, but you can use them in your theme and sell it as a whole package.

The biggest question I would have is how do you provide attribution? Is putting a link in the product description enough, or does every installation of your theme need to have a link? I think that’s something you might want to ask the author of the icon set before you use them.

Hey – I use icons in my Admin themes all the time. The way I use the icons is I’ll use them in my live preview but they won’t be in the download or I’ll only include the ones I’ve used.

Basically you can’t include the whole icon set in your download but a link to hte full set is fine – up to the client what icons they use.
