Can someone please help me! I have purchased 3 layouts now in 24 hours, and im getting the same error everytime I try to activate.

This has to be the most frustrating thing for me. I have spent over 60 bucks already on this site and its only been 24 hours and I can’t get ANY of them to work.. Once I activate a Theme I have purchased from you guys, it gives me an error.

“Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Then I get the same error when I try to goto wp-admin and log back in.

I have seen a few threads about this, but none of them made sense, could you stupify/dumbify the response a bit for me lol. I just need to know how to get this up once and for all so I can start using these domains easier.

are they wordpress themes or site templates? if wordpress theme then what folder/folders are you uploading?

Also, as OrganicBeeMedia mentioned, ensure you purchased actual WordPress themes as opposed to site templates

Maybe you are trying to upload the zip directly… You need to uncompress it first because it contains documentation and other stuff too besides the theme.

I already replied to your GoDaddy thread, but…

If you’re getting an Internal Server Error no matter what theme you’re using, the problem likely isn’t the themes. It’s probably your hosting. Maybe your GoDaddy account doesn’t meet the minimum requirements of WordPress or your Themes.

Internal Server Errors are often caused by something in the .htaccess file… maybe your GoDaddy account doesn’t support mod_rewrite?

I sell hosting that works if you’re interested. I’m not as cheap as GoDaddy, though.

Please give us the links for the items. I want to see if you’re getting an HTML file or a WordPress file.

Just because it is a theme doesn’t mean it will just work by itself. Like most cars don’t drive themselves either and require a drivers license.

I am still shocked at the comment in the other threat about “this much money”.

How cheap do people expect things to be.
