Naturally if they are predominantly Flash, it’s probably best if they go into FlashDen, but say it’s a HTML template that has a flash menu or a little intro box, then definitely yes.
One exception to the predominantly flash rule though is if you have say a WordPress theme built entirely in Flash (which I’ve only ever seen once). That’s probably better to go in to ThemeForest I would say
