I am trying to learn jquery. Is it ok to include the codes for jquery and some of it’s plugins with our submissions? If not then, how do people submit templates that uses jquery?

You should link to jQuery via Google. http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxlibs/documentation/ It’s fast and easy.

You can include the plugins if you have the permission to do so but you can also link to the jQuery library via Google’s api so you don’t have to include the jQuery file.

It’s okay to include the jQuery library with your zip file. Though, as Jarel said, just reference Google.
