Can you sell these theme on themeforest?

I have pdf book “How to be a rockstar WordPress Designer” and in that book you have description how to create one blog and portfolio theme.

I wonder can you sell that theme here on themeforest? Of course with slightly changed design.

The rules say that an item can’t be based on a tutorial, and a book is actually a tutorial, so NO.

But how reviewer would know that theme is based on tutorial? Only if he readed that book he would know.

And that book is from Rockable Press which is a part of the Envato network and so are these marketplaces, and it’s quite a popular book so there is a big chance he’ll recognize it
