I’m having the same issue, purchasing with a credit card, plenty of funds available. Won’t let me deposit credits. Just receive the same error “unable to to process”

What makes you think if we bought of you we would have no error? I wonder how many people have tried to buy off you but have had this problem. As a developer don’t it make you wonder if your losing money? Clearly there is a problem and no one is doing anything about it. I created support tickets and tweeted the support staff here for 2 days, still no reply to none of my tickets.

This is a little worrying :( The error on the screenshot does say to contact the merchant, so implies the error is this side.

Admins, is this 100% confirmed as fixed now, or are people still having issues?

Thanks for reporting this issue, we are currently investigating and as far as we are concerned, it’s an issue on the Paypal side without being 100% sure yet.

We’ll be in touch with Paypal and keep you updated within the next 24 hours.

I phoned PayPal and had them check this and they assured me its was your end. I buy and take funds with my PayPal everyday, made over 4 purchases today to other sites. No problem with PayPal, you need to check your system again.

i’m sorry… you have a sense of humor different than mine. It was just a joke, no mean to offend anyone!

well, i hope that’s for this reason than i don’t sell anything since one week! :P let’s hope they fix this and that i will start to sell again! :)

We’re definitely looking into everything and have all hands on deck. We’ll post some more updates when we have them. Really appreciate you guys reporting this and for your patience. :)
